**Induction Program for First-Year B.Tech Students at Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies**  
*Expert Lecture on Wellness and Health: A Vibrant Beginning*

Udaipur, As part of the induction program for first-year B.Tech students at Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur, a special session was organized featuring an expert lecture on "Wellness and Health." The lecture was organized by the Department of Humanities and Sciences and was delivered by the renowned social worker and retired bank manager, Dr. Rajshree Gandhi.

In her lecture, Dr. Gandhi shared several key strategies for maintaining happiness and good health. She emphasized the importance of prioritizing mental health, practicing mindfulness and yoga regularly, and developing positive social relationships. Dr. Gandhi stated, "Balancing mental and physical health is essential for leading a happy life. Today's students need to be aware of managing stress and adopting a healthy lifestyle."

Campus Director Dr. N.S. Rathore also addressed the session, highlighting key principles for leading a healthy and happy life. He encouraged students to maintain a balance between their education and life and to integrate these principles into their daily routines.

The program was conducted by Dr. Anjali Dhabhai, the event coordinator. She welcomed the students and motivated them to actively participate in this important session. During the program, the students attentively listened to Dr. Gandhi's insights and resolved to bring positive changes to their lives inspired by her words.
