Service Comes Naturally with Compassion: MLA Kothari

Bhilwara: A scooter distribution ceremony was organized at Hari Seva Vatika in Bhilwara under the MLA Local Area Development Scheme, led by City MLA Ashok Kothari. The event commenced with floral tributes to Bharat Mata and ceremonial lamp lighting by the dignitaries. Before proceeding, a two-minute silence was observed in memory of the innocent victims of the recent terrorist attack at Baisaran Valley in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir.

In an auspicious moment, 52 differently-abled brothers and sisters were presented keys and served meals with respect, followed by the scooter handover amid Vedic chants. Media Coordinator Pankaj Advani shared that the recipients’ faces lit up with visible joy and contentment upon receiving the scooters. These vehicles aim to provide mobility independence, allowing recipients to travel to workplaces, educational institutions, and essential destinations with dignity—removing feelings of burden or social isolation.

MLA Kothari expressed gratitude to India’s dynamic Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, and Deputy CM & Bhilwara in-charge Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa. The team from Shankar Honda, led by Sandeep Jain, also guided the beneficiaries on scooter operation and maintenance.

While speaking to the media, MLA Kothari reaffirmed his commitment to Bhilwara’s comprehensive development, stating that sincere efforts are being made to ensure inclusive progress across the constituency.
