Udaipur, Preparations are in full swing for the 11th India Industrial Fair, organized under the aegis of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Udaipur, scheduled to be held from January 10 to 13, 2025, at Delhi Public School (DPS), Udaipur. The fair aims to bring together entrepreneurs, technical experts, and industrial enthusiasts from across the country, setting a new direction for the industrial sector.
A meeting was held on Sunday to discuss the event’s preparations and objectives. Addressing the gathering, All India Organization Minister Prakash Chandra emphasized that this fair is not only a hub for business activities but also a platform to empower small industries.
During his guidance session, Prakash Chandra highlighted the importance of small industries in boosting local production and fostering healthy competition through high-quality product displays. He added that the event would inspire technical advancements and innovations, enabling small industries to adopt new technologies and promote reverse engineering.
The fair is envisioned as a stepping stone to establish Udaipur as a technology hub, encouraging small industries to produce high-quality products at minimal costs, thereby gaining access to global markets. “This fair will act as a bridge to connect all sections of society with small industries, enhancing productivity and quality while ensuring their recognition on national and international platforms,” he remarked.
The event will also offer unique networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors, opening new avenues for future business. Inspired by the India Manufacturing Show in Rajkot, Prakash Chandra urged stakeholders to aim for Udaipur's transformation into a hub for small industries and technological innovation. He noted that the Rajkot event resulted in 100 technical agreements (MOUs), and similar achievements are expected in Udaipur.

Earlier, Manoj Joshi, President of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Udaipur, welcomed the attendees and shared details about the fair's arrangements. Tarun Dave, the event coordinator, presented the fair’s layout and facilities through a PowerPoint presentation. Rakesh Wardia, Chief Fair Officer, revealed that nearly 60 stalls have been booked, with inquiries pouring in from across the country.
The industrial fair is anticipated to be a landmark event, fostering industrial development and establishing small businesses on the global stage.
