Urban Sketchers' Exhibition Commences at Information Center

*Youthful talented urban sketchers from the city showcased their unique artistic talents in an extraordinary exhibition, which commenced on Friday at the Kaladirgha of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, with the presence of Professor Hemant Dwivedi from the Fine Arts Department and senior artist Savita Dwivedi.*

Savita Dwivedi, a renowned artist, emphasized the importance of organizing exhibitions like these to pass on the art of sketching to the younger generation as a heritage. Professor Hemant Dwivedi described sketching as an art and a form of meditation and personal development. He praised the progress of the youth sketchers, who gather regularly every Sunday to sketch, and highlighted its significance for budding artists.

The event began with guests creating sketches and admiring the artistic talents of young urban sketchers. Visitors and dignitaries were captivated by the sketches portraying the city's heritage and natural beauty created by these young talents. The exhibition will remain open for Udaipur residents until September 25th, from 10 AM to 5 PM every day.

**Demonstrations of Various Art Forms During the Exhibition**

To guide and inspire young artists, demonstrations by Anurag Mehta on watercolor painting, Kamlesh Dangi on portrait sketching, Naval Singh on character sketching, Architect Tulika Depura on architectural discussions, and Rahul Mali on line art will be a part of this art exhibition.

The exhibition showcases the talents of various artists, including Sunil Laddha, Anurag Mehta, Kamlesh Dangi, Rahul Mali, Deep Singh, Mayank Vaishnav, Tulika Depura, Suryabhan Singh, Harshita Palival, Rohit Vyas, Afnaan Shabbir, Vandana Mehta, Rangkarmi Deepak Dixit, Shivangi Devra, Vineet Khatri, Anitah Makheja, Simran Birla, Varsha Saini, Samridhi Sharma, Lalita Mehta, Rohit Kanthaliya, Bhavesh Suthar, Avneesh Ashok, and Nirmal Yadav, who are showcasing their art in sketches.

In colorful and black-and-white sketches, this exhibition highlights various aspects of the city's heritage, including Jagdish Temple, Mahakaleshwar Temple, Pichola Lake, City Palace, Fateh Sagar, and other cultural landmarks.
