Heartfulness Foundation Course to Be Offered at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth

Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Udaipur, is set to introduce the "Heartfulness Foundation Course" starting from the academic session 2023-24. As per the recent order issued by the university in its meeting points No. 20 dated June 28, 2023, the university has approved the commencement of the "Heartfulness Foundation Course" from the academic year 2023-24. This course will be conducted by the university's constituent departments, including the Department of Sanskrit, Social Sciences, and Humanities, Udaipur.

Dr. Rakesh Dashora, Coordinator of Shri Ramchandra Mission Heartfulness Institute, Udaipur, explained that the Heartfulness Enabled Leadership Mastery (HELM) program is a 40-hour certification course that exposes participants to theoretical sessions on various aspects of self-development, along with practical, guided meditation. The objective of the HELM program is to inspire students to experience and practice alternative contemplative perspectives for learning and self-development, fostering positive results for their overall lifestyle.
