Admissions Open for Acupressure Diploma a

The Sanskrit Department of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) is inviting applications for admission to the Acupressure Diploma program for the academic session 2023-24. This program is gaining immense importance due to its focus on skill development and employability. Under this diploma course, students receive both theoretical and practical training in various alternative treatment methods, including acupressure, reflexology, and others, which prepare them for providing treatment for various ailments. 

Providing information about the program, the Coordinator, Dr. Narayan Singh Rao, mentioned that any student who has passed the 12th grade is eligible to apply. The course fee has been kept at a nominal amount of only INR 5000 to ensure that more students can afford to learn this valuable skill and start their careers. 

Prof. Hemendra Singh Chandaliya, the Principal of Manikya Lal Varma Shramjeevi Mahavidyalaya, informed that a well-equipped laboratory for practical training has been set up in Room No. 35 of the Sanskrit Department, where students can receive hands-on training. Textbooks and equipment related to acupressure are available in the laboratory for students' practice. 

To further enhance practical knowledge, the college is establishing an Acupressure Treatment Center on the ground floor of the college building, where patients will receive treatment from acupressure therapists. Tejendra Singh, an Acupressure Therapist at the center, explained that various patients have experienced complete recovery through acupressure treatment, emphasizing that this treatment method is safe and effective.
