Udaipur,  Inspired by the renowned Udaipur Bird Festival, the Green People Society (Jaipur Chapter) will organize the Jaipur Bird Festival 2025 on Saturday, February 1, at Kanota Camp Resorts near Jamdoli, Jaipur.

Jaipur Bird Festival Convener and retired IAS officer Vikram Singh shared that the festival will host various activities for around 500 students, teachers, and nature enthusiasts. A meeting of the society held in Udaipur recently discussed the arrangements and events for the festival.

With support from the Forest Department and WWF India, the festival will feature activities like bird spotting under expert guidance, distribution of student kits (including bird identification booklets, cardboard nests, DIY kits, and caps), and exhibitions on bird habitats, stamps, and photographs. Competitions such as drawing, painting, and quizzes, as well as group discussions and workshops on wetlands, will also be conducted. Experts like MK Ranjit Singh from Gujarat, WWF Chief Ravi Singh, and renowned ornithologist Asad Rahmani will participate.
