### Rajasthan’s Cultural Evening Mesmerizes at International Trade Fair

*New Delhi, The 43rd India International Trade Fair at Pragati Maidan witnessed a vibrant celebration of Rajasthan’s cultural heritage during the Rajasthan Day Cultural Evening on Monday. Folk artists from Rajasthan enthralled the audience with mesmerizing performances at the amphitheater, leaving them spellbound.  


The evening began with a warm welcome by Ms. Deepali Sharma, Deputy Director of Rajasthan Tourism Welcome Center. Present at the event were Rajasthan's Joint Resident Commissioner in Delhi, Ms. Rinku Meena, and Public Relations Officer, Dr. Shivram Meena, along with other officials and staff.  

### Highlights of the Performances:  
Ms. Sharma highlighted that the two-hour-long cultural evening was dominated by the enchanting **Kalbelia dance**, performed by Jodhpur’s Sua Sapera and her troupe. Their breathtaking flexibility and unique choreography, including lifting rings with their mouths and eyelids, earned thunderous applause from the audience.  

Mr. Chhatrapal Yadav, Assistant Director at the Tourism Welcome Center, shared that the event began with an entertaining **Khartal performance and folk singing** by Mr. Bhungar Khan and his team from Barmer. Following this, Mr. Gafuruddin Mewati and his party from Bharatpur captivated the audience with their skilled **Bhapang playing**.  

Adding grace to the evening, Delhi’s Ms. Kalpana Chauhan and her group performed the traditional **Ghoomar dance**, earning accolades and applause from the attendees.  

### A Cultural Extravaganza:  
Mr. Manoj Sharma, Tourism Officer, shared other highlights of the evening:  
- **Terah Taal Dance** by Mrs. Ganga Devi and her team from Pali.  
- **Chakri Dance** by Mr. Shivnarayan and his group from Baran.  
- Jaipur’s Mr. Jeetu Bhavai delighted the audience with his **Bhavai Dance**.  
- Delhi’s Mr. Anisuddin and his troupe captivated everyone with their elegant **Chari Dance**.  

The evening was hosted by Mr. Khemendra Singh from Alwar, whose engaging narration added charm to the vibrant celebration.  

This cultural evening was a proud showcase of Rajasthan’s diverse and rich heritage, leaving a lasting impression on all present.
