*Udaipur,"A healthy family begins with healthy women," stated Muni Siddh Pragya during his lecture on "Healthy Women, Healthy Society" held at Vigyan Samiti, Ashok Nagar, Udaipur. Highlighting the impact of both physical and mental well-being on each other, he noted that Acharya Mahapragya, under Jain Terapanth, introduced the practice of Preksha Dhyana Yoga for health, balance, and peace.
During the session, Muni Siddh Pragya provided training to 70 women, covering yoga, mudra, and dietary science to enhance physical health. He also demonstrated mantra yoga and pranayama for mental balance, along with meditation techniques using colors and concentration methods for emotional control.
Vigyan Samiti Head, Dr. Kundan Kothari, praised Muni Ji's practical and scientific approach, noting it as a valuable tool for self-development. Media spokesperson Professor Vimal Sharma highlighted the importance of regularly practicing techniques like yoga, pranayama, mudra, acupressure, mantra yoga, and color therapy to maintain holistic health. He further emphasized the Vigyan Samiti's commitment to conducting training camps for these scientifically-backed methods.
Dr. Pushpa Kothari introduced Muni Siddh Pragya, mentioning his extensive travel across 22 countries and his academic achievements, including three M.A. degrees.
