*Jodhpur,The 33rd Foundation Day celebration and Annual General Meeting of the All India Retired Bank Employees Association were held at Women’s College, Pratap Nagar, Jodhpur. Around 250 representatives from Jodhpur, Barmer, Balotra, Nagaur, Merta, and other cities participated in the event.
D.K. Paryani, Secretary of the Jodhpur unit, warmly welcomed all the attendees.
### Key Highlights of the Event:
**Chief Guest's Address:**
Anand Bansal, AGM of SBI, Administrative Office, Jodhpur, emphasized in his address that retired employees are brand ambassadors of the bank and contribute significantly to its business growth. He acknowledged their foundational work, which the current generation is building upon, and encouraged them to collaborate in enhancing the bank's reputation. He assured attendees that any operational challenges they face could be directly communicated to him or Sujit Kumar Suman, AGM, SBI, Administrative Office. Both committed to resolving any issues personally. Bansal also announced a financial contribution of ₹25,000 to the association, approved by AGM Sujit Kumar Suman.
**Special Guests:**
- **Dr. Sanjay Srivastava** delivered a detailed talk on seasonal diseases like dengue and chikungunya, their prevention, and the available medical facilities. He emphasized the importance of good health, stating that a healthy body ensures a fulfilling life journey.
- **Dr. Ajay Umrao** from the Natural Therapy Hospital shared insights on maintaining health through natural methods and provided information about the hospital’s services.
### Reports and Presentations:
- **Secretary’s Report:** D.K. Paryani presented the association’s annual report, outlining the work completed over the past year and future initiatives.
- **Treasurer’s Report:** M.S. Rajpurohit presented the previous year’s balance sheet, detailing the financial health of the association.
