Mumbai, Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari arrived in Mumbai on Thursday at 11:35 AM via an Air India flight. The primary purpose of her visit was to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, held at Azad Maidan.
Before the ceremony, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari interacted with prominent members of the Rajasthan migrant community. Among them were the community president Mohan Mali, Chaina Ram, journalist Suresh Padiv, and Jitendra Kumar Rathore, along with other key figures.
She received a warm reception at Mumbai Airport. The Joint Director of Rajasthan Tourism Department, Seema Yadav, Assistant Director of the Information and Public Relations Department, Ritu Sodhi, and Shashikanta Sharma from Rajasthan House, Vashi, welcomed her with floral bouquets.
Diya Kumari also emphasized the importance of strengthening relations between Rajasthan and Maharashtra and fostering cooperation between the two states. Her visit is being seen as a step toward enhancing ties and mutual goodwill between the regions.
