The ceremony was attended by veterans along with their families, gallantry award winners, distinguished civil dignitaries, NCC cadets, school children and civilians.
The event showcased the contributions of MIAF Arjan Singh and highlighted the glorious past of the Indian Air Force. The celebration included performance by the Air Warriors' Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra performance mesmerized the audience.
Station Commander Group Captain Vinay Bhardwaj of Air Force Station, Jaipur, highlighted MIAF Arjan Singh's extraordinary role in shaping the IAF's legacy, particularly his leadership during the 1965 Indo-Pak war, which earned him the prestigious title of Marshal of the Air Force. War veterans were also honoured on the occasion.
