### CI Lakshmi Chand Verma Solves Fake Robbery Case in One Hour

Kota, : City SP Dr. Amrita Duhan, IPS, announced that to combat the increasing thefts and apprehend criminals in Kota, a police team was formed under the leadership of Nayapura CI Lakshmi Chand Verma. The team included ASI Latif Mohammad and Constables Khushiram, Surendra, Parmeshwar, Prakash, Virendra, Ankit, Shyam Sundar, and Ramesh. The team quickly uncovered a false robbery story and arrested the individual, Anil Soni, who tried to mislead the police.

Anil Soni, a resident of Khedli Phatak, reported to the Nayapura police station that he was carrying INR 1,50,000 in his scooter (R 20 BD 3420). He claimed that while passing by Central Academy School, Antaghar, he was attacked by 4-5 men on two motorcycles, who threw chili powder on him, tore his clothes, and stole his scooter along with the money.

CI Lakshmi Chand Verma immediately formed different teams to investigate the alleged robbery. CCTV footage showed Anil Soni arriving at the station in an auto-rickshaw and later seen near Central Academy School throwing chili powder on himself and cutting himself with a blade. The scene revealed scattered chili powder and an empty blade pouch. Under strict questioning, Anil Soni confessed that he fabricated the robbery story to evade his creditors due to significant debts.
