### New Executive Committee Formed for West Central Railway Mazdoor Sangh

Kota, The divisional council meeting of the West Central Railway Mazdoor Sangh was held at the conference hall of the West Central Railway Mazdoor Sangh Kota office. The meeting, presided over by Zonal President Mr. C.M. Upadhyay, saw the formation of a new executive committee for the Kota division.

Divisional Secretary Abdul Khaliq reported that in the meeting chaired by Zonal President Mr. C.M. Upadhyay, Ram Charan Meena was elected as the Divisional Executive President, while Mahendra Singh Khinchi and Chetan Sharma were chosen as Assistant Divisional Secretaries. The rest of the executive committee remained unchanged, with S.K. Gupta as Divisional President, Abdul Khaliq as Divisional Secretary, and D.K. Sharma as Divisional Treasurer.

During the meeting, it was decided to initiate a fortnightly campaign to address employees' issues and to accelerate the campaign against the National Pension System (NPS). This decision follows the Central Executive Committee meeting where NFIR General Secretary Dr. M. Raghavaiah suggested that employees who joined the rail service after January 1 and are under the NPS should receive 50% of their final salary along with DA and interim relief upon retirement.

Several proposals were also passed during the meeting, which will be implemented in the coming days.
