Claims Baniyani Sarpanch Moinuddin Guddu Removed Due to Religious Prejudice

Congress Leader Anil Anand Accuses Minister Madan Dilawar of Bias

Kota, – Senior Congress leader and Ladpura coordinator Anil Anand has accused Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar of removing Baniyani Sarpanch Moinuddin Guddu out of vengeance, solely because he is a Muslim.

Anil Anand alleged that an unfair inquiry was conducted to justify Guddu’s removal, despite the fact that democracy empowers the people to elect their representatives. He criticized the minister's actions, questioning whether elected representatives could be dismissed at will. "If this is the approach, why hold elections at all? The minister might as well appoint his close associates as nominees," Anand remarked.

He further stated that removing a democratically elected representative based on religion is unfortunate. According to Anand, Dilawar has consistently held biased views against Muslims and has frequently made statements targeting the minority community.

Anand accused Dilawar of selectively targeting Moinuddin Guddu, despite numerous sarpanches serving in the Ladpura Panchayat Samiti. He urged the minority community to launch a statewide movement against the minister’s actions.
