###Leopards Spotted on Granite Hills During Eco-Destination Tour

On the first tour of the Eco-Destination Tour organized by the Forest Department, residents of Udaipur were taken to Ranakpur and Jawai Leopard Conservation Reserve. Deputy Conservator of Forests, Mr. Devendra Kumar Tiwari, informed that 32 Udaipur residents participated in this year's first Eco-Destination Tour for the year 2024-2025. At 7:30 AM, Chief Conservator of Forests, Mr. S.R. Venkateshwar Murthy, flagged off the tour, sending off the Udaipur residents.

The participants traveled from Udaipur to Ranakpur and then to Jawai Dam in Pali district. After admiring the natural beauty of Jawai Dam, the group embarked on a leopard safari at the Jawai Leopard Conservation Reserve, where they spotted a female leopard and her cub. The safari vehicle navigated the high granite hills as if driving on a highway. The thrilling moments of observing the leopards' playful antics and the breathtaking views of Jawai Dam were cherished by the group as they returned to Udaipur.

Mr. Tiwari announced that the next Eco-Destination Tour is scheduled for 28-7-2024 to Fulwari Ki Nal Sanctuary. For booking, interested individuals can contact the designated number 7568348678.
