Gopaln and Animal Husbandry Minister Inspects Udaipur Saras Dairy

Udaipur, On Thursday, the State Minister for Animal Husbandry, Gopaln and Devsthan, Joraram Kumawat, visited the Udaipur Saras Dairy to inspect its operations. The Minister observed the processing of milk, quality control measures, and the dairy products manufacturing section. He was briefed on the production process of ghee, buttermilk, lassi, paneer, shrikhand, flavored milk, kulfi, mawa, and peda produced by the Udaipur Dairy Union. He praised the efforts being made by the Udaipur Saras Dairy Union in promoting and producing these dairy items.

Tribute to Late Shri Mahendra Singh Mewar
Earlier, Minister Kumawat paid his respects to the late Shri Mahendra Singh Mewar, former member of the royal family, at Samor Bagh. The President of the Udaipur Dairy Producers Cooperative Union, Dalchand Dangi, and Managing Director Vipin Sharma also expressed their condolences and paid tribute to the late Shri Mewar.
