### Lacrosse Players Felicitate Divisional Commissioner Honoured with Chief Minister’s Excellence Award

Udaipur, Divisional Commissioner Pragya Kewalramani, who was recently honoured with the Chief Minister’s Excellence Award during the state-level celebration of Civil Services Day, was felicitated at the Divisional Commissioner’s office by international and national medal-winning lacrosse players.

Commissioner Kewalramani received this prestigious award from Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma for her exceptional contributions in promoting Olympic sport Lacrosse in the tribal-dominated regions of Rajasthan. She has been instrumental in encouraging tribal athletes, particularly women, by facilitating participation in national and international tournaments through CSR-funded sponsorships. Essential facilities like astro turf, floodlights, training support, and hostels for remote athletes were also ensured under her leadership.

As a result of her efforts, tribal athletes have been performing with excellence and confidence, bringing glory to their regions. The Lacrosse Federation of India, Rajasthan Lacrosse Association, and local residents from tribal areas extended their congratulations on her recognition.

Prominent attendees at the felicitation included Regional Commissioner of Tribal Development Department Shakti Singh Rathore, Gitesh Shri Malviya, Jyoti Jain, Amrita Dadhich, Indian team captain Sunita Meena, and players like Jula Kumari Gurjar, Vishakha Meghwal, Meera Dauja, Dali Gameti, Hemlata Dangi, Mohanlal Gameti, Khumararam Gameti, Pranay Tripathi, along with national gold medalist and coach Neeraj Batra.
