Udaipur : The Speaker of the Assembly, Shri Vasudev Devnani, was on a visit to Udaipur on Wednesday. During his visit, he participated in several events and paid tributes at various places.
He arrived at Dabok Airport in the morning and then proceeded to the Circuit House. He later visited Shambhu Niwas at City Palace, where he paid his respects to the late Arvindsingh Mewar. Shri Devanani met Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar and other family members, expressing his condolences. He mentioned that the contribution of the Mewar royal family will always be remembered.
Following this, he visited Geetanjali Hospital, where he inquired about the health of Revenue Minister Hemant Meena's father, the late Former Cabinet Minister Nandlal Meena.
Shri Devanani also visited the residence of Former MP Bhanu Kumar Shastri's brother, Narayanlal Sharma, to express condolences for his passing. During this visit, he fondly remembered his time with Sw. Shastri during the Janata Sangh era and praised his hard work and dedication.
In the afternoon, Shri Devanani had a courtesy meeting with Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulabchand Kataria, where they discussed the political and administrative scenario of both Rajasthan and Punjab.
