### Interfaith Mega Conference Held at Sukhadia University

Udaipur, A grand interfaith conference was organized on Thursday by the Sarvadharma Parliament at Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, where esteemed religious leaders from various faiths gathered to address the themes of unity in diversity, world peace, love, and harmony.

The event provided a shared platform to promote mutual understanding and harmony among different religions, fostering social concord and developing a unified vision for global peace. Maharishi Bhrigu Peethadheeshwar Goswami Sushil Maharaj, National Coordinator of the Indian Sarvadharma Parliament, emphasized that the conference is a vital step towards enhancing harmony and understanding among religions, which will contribute to a shared vision for world peace. He expressed hope that this conference would mark the beginning of a new era where people from different faiths work together for peace and harmony.

Acharya Vivek Muni Maharaj, founder of Acharya Sushil Muni Mission, Delhi, highlighted that the imbalance in nature is a major concern and requires collective efforts. Sikh religious leader Paramjit Singh Chandok, Chief Advisor of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, stated that research on religious teachings can help connect students with moral values.

Haji Syed Salman Chishti, Gaddi Nashin of Ajmer Sharif and Chairman of the Chishti Foundation, urged students to spread the positive ideas discussed at the conference in society to promote social harmony and humanity. Rev. Father Sebastian Kolithanath, founder of Jesus and Mary Convent School in Greater Noida and St. Michael's School in Mathura, emphasized the importance of discovering common values and principles across different religions to reinforce unity in diversity. 

Swami Veer Singh Hitkari Maharaj, National Press Secretary of the All India Ravidas Religion Institute, stressed the need to develop strategies for conflict resolution and peaceful coexistence for world peace. Buddhist leader Dipankar Bhante, Parsi religious leader Maziban Zaiwala, and National President of the Indian Valmiki Sadhu Society, Swami Shivnath Ji Maharaj, also shared their thoughts on these significant issues.

Presiding over the program, Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Sunita Mishra, remarked that this event would serve as a milestone in shaping the moral development of students. She emphasized the importance of combining education with moral values, adding that the conference would infuse new energy into the students. The event coordinator, Professor Puranmal Yadav, provided detailed insights into the conference's objectives and structure at the beginning of the program. He shared that during the conference, lectures and dialogue sessions were conducted by religious leaders and thinkers, fostering dialogue and cooperation between faith leaders.

The conference successfully created a platform for mutual dialogue, enhancing collaboration among religious leaders for the greater cause of world peace and social harmony.
