Sikar, : NIMS University Pro Chancellor, Prof. Amerika Singh, held a formal meeting with Prof. Anil Kumar Rai, Vice Chancellor of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya University, extending an invitation to participate as a "Distinguished Guest" at the 107th Indian Economic Association (IEA) International Conference. This prestigious conference will take place from December 27 to 29, 2024, bringing together experts and researchers from around the globe.
During the meeting, Prof. Singh and Prof. Rai discussed enhancing collaboration between the two universities, focusing on strengthening ties in academic research and higher education. Prof. Rai graciously accepted the invitation and expressed enthusiasm for exploring future partnership opportunities that could benefit both institutions. The discussion also revolved around incorporating new technologies in higher education and expanding joint research initiatives.
The meeting was also attended by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya University Registrar, Shweta Yadav, and NIMS University Sports Board Secretary, Dr. Kuldeep Singh Jhala. It was noted that both universities had previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), under which several research and academic projects have been carried out.
