*Udaipur, The cultural festival ‘Spandan 2024’ was inaugurated at Pacific Medical University with university Chairperson Rahul Agarwal, President Dr. M.M. Mangal, PMCH Dean Dr. Ummed Singh Parihar, Dental College Principal Dr. Ravi Kumar, Nursing College Dean Dr. K.C. Yadav, Physiotherapy College’s Dr. Jafar Khan, Occupational Therapy College Principal Dr. Vishal Sharma, Assistant Dean of Student Welfare Neeraj Chaplot, and Event Coordinator Dr. Isha Srivastava in attendance.
Dr. M.M. Mangal announced that the festival will run until November 14, with students from medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and paramedical colleges participating. Spandan 2024 promotes unity and diversity, symbolizing camaraderie among students.
The event features competitions like rangoli, solo dance, poetry, antakshari, poster-making, mehendi, comedy, painting, quiz, solo singing, fashion show, group dance, and other cultural activities. The festival will conclude on November 14 with a grand finale and prize distribution.
Assistant Dean Neeraj Chaplot highlighted that Spandan 2024 aims to raise cultural awareness and encourage creativity, leadership, and teamwork among students. This festival provides students a platform to showcase their hidden talents, fostering an enthusiastic and healthy environment on campus.
