Mumbai Indians Will Continue Its Tradition of Nurturing Young Cricketers

Mumbai: After the IPL auction in Jeddah on Monday, Nita M. Ambani, the owner of Mumbai Indians, expressed her excitement over adding several young players to the team. She emphasized the team's longstanding tradition of identifying and nurturing new talent, helping them become world-class cricketers.

Nita Ambani said, "The mega auction marks a new beginning and a new team, but the spirit and passion of Mumbai Indians remain the same. We are proud to welcome some talented new faces and are thrilled to bring back some of our seasoned players. Around our strong core of players like Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tilak Varma, we've built a new team."

She added, "It is a matter of great pride for us that players like Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, and Tilak Varma have emerged from Mumbai Indians and have secured spots in the Indian national team. Now, we have young players like Naman Dheer, Robin Minz, Ashwani Kumar, and Raj Angad Bawa, and we are committed to nurturing them and helping them reach new heights in their careers."
