Udaipur : Bhopal Nobles Postgraduate College celebrated Hindi Day with a series of competitions, beginning with the lighting of the lamp before Goddess Saraswati. During the event, Dean Dr. Renu Rathore addressed the participants, highlighting the purpose of celebrating Hindi Day. She emphasized that the National Education Policy 2020 focuses on the development of each student's creative potential and that various competitions aid in nurturing emotional, social, moral capabilities, and individual nature.
Event Coordinator Dr. Chandrakala Sharma provided detailed information about the current importance of the Hindi language, noting its adoption of modern technology and digital media, and its status as one of the world’s preferred languages. The event featured essay writing, original story writing, and original poetry writing competitions.
University Chairperson Prof. Colonel Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, Secretary Dr. Mahendra Singh Agariya, Managing Director Mohabbat Singh Rathore, and Registrar Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh Khod expressed in their messages that Hindi Day should not be limited to a single day but should foster cognitive skills, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and social responsibility.
Also present were Associate Dean Dr. Ritu Tomar, Dr. Sangeeta Rathore, Dr. Manisha Shekhawat, Dr. Hemendra Singh Shaktawat, Dr. Pradeep Purohit, Dr. Pankaj Ameta, Dr. Nisha Tanwar, and Dr. Kanchan Ranawat, who shared their thoughts and encouraged the participants.
