Udaipur: A grand Science Fair was organized at Bhupal Nobles Senior Secondary School under the Atal Tinkering Lab, with support from NITI Aayog, Government of India. The principal of the school, Virendra Singh Chundawat, informed that more than 20 schools from Udaipur city, both in English and Hindi mediums, participated in the event. Over 90 models and projects were showcased in the working display during the fair.
The esteemed guests at the event included Justice Ramchandra Singh Jhala, Member of the Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission and former judge of the Rajasthan High Court, Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, Acting President of Vidya Pracharini Sabha, Dr. N.S. Rathod, Director of Geetanjali Institute and former Vice Chancellor, Dr. Dariyav Singh Chundawat, Vice President of B.N. Institute, Minister Dr. Mahendra Singh Agarwal, Wing Commander Nataraj Dagur, 6-Raj Air Squadron Udaipur, Managing Director and Deputy Minister Mohabbat Singh, Joint Minister Rajendra Singh Tana, Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh Rathod, Registrar of B.N. University, Executive Members of Vipras, including Karan Singh Umri, Naval Singh Jud, Mahendra Singh Pakhad, Mahendra Singh Patiya, Dr. Yuvraj Singh Bemla, and Old Boys Minister Bhanu Pratap Singh Solanki. Additionally, Regional Mentor of Change Naveen Yadav and Umesh Chandra Kulsreshth from Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, New Delhi, were also present.
The event displayed outstanding models and innovations, including pollution control models, laser home security, acid rain, digestive system models, Chandrayaan-3, Newton's laws models, automatic face tracking machine, Newton's cradle, water level indicator, drone and robotic farming, blind stick, smoke detector, animal safety, and models related to arts and commerce such as the evolution of money, Parliament building, EVM machine, Supreme Court, and e-commerce.
The judging panel consisted of four members: Dr. Kamal Singh Rathod from B.N. Pharmacy, Dharmendra Trivedi from Geetanjali Institute, Dr. (Mrs.) Tanvi Agarwal from B.N. College, and Jagdish Chobisa from Geetanjali University.
The best students were awarded by the guests. In the junior category, the winners were Ramit Soni, Mahima Kataria, and Aditya Raj Chauhan. In the senior category, the winners included Dharmvir Singh, Mehtab Singh, Soumya, Shri Singh, Lakshita, Rani, Anchal, Ruchika, Gayatri, Anand Gehlot, Anushka Nagda, and Dishant Patel. The executive members of Vidya Pracharini Sabha congratulated the winning students and wished them a bright future.
The event was directed by Sanjay Asthana, Mrs. Rajshree Hada, Mrs. Meenu Bhati, Dineshchandra Upadhyay, and Yajna Narayan Tripathi.
