Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jain from the USA Delivers Lecture on Career and Motivation at BN Pharmacy College

Udaipur: Dr. Yuvraj Singh Sarangdevot, the Principal of BN College, informed that Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jain, currently the Chief Quality Officer at Emnil Pharma and a former student of BN Pharmacy from the batch of 1994, addressed the B.Pharm and Doctor of Pharmacy students and resolved many of their queries related to career growth.

Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jain has been overseeing all aspects of global quality operations at Emnil Pharma since 2012, including overall compliance, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), quality distribution, and leadership as the Chief Quality Officer based in New Jersey, USA. He has extensive experience in operations, validation, quality, training, projects, engineering, supply chain, and mergers and acquisitions management. He has successfully managed several regulatory audits and is an expert in promoting a strong quality culture, developing quality systems, implementing operational excellence, and process optimization. He is also a part of the Study Board at the Parenteral Development Association.

During his address, Dr. Jain spoke on the importance of quality, regulatory affairs, production, college life, hard work, and focus in the pharma industry. He emphasized that students pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry should not only gain academic knowledge but also understand the real challenges and opportunities within the industry. He stressed the importance of regulatory affairs and how they play a crucial role in the pharma sector. 

Dr. Jain also discussed the significance of production in the pharma industry, stating that it is a vital process and students should gain knowledge of its various aspects. Regarding college life, he advised students to focus on obtaining a good education and developing their skills, as college life is a crucial time to prepare for the future. On the importance of hard work and focus, Dr. Jain highlighted that students must be dedicated and focused to achieve their goals and should keep striving for success without giving up.
