Meeting Organized to Resolve School Issues

Banswara.

A meeting of the school management committee was held at RAPRAVI Bhompada in Gram Panchayat Amarthun to address various school-related issues. Proposals were passed to construct toilets for students and female staff, repair the dilapidated building and kitchen shed, build a boundary wall, renovate the MDM room, and repair or replace old utensils. These proposals will be forwarded to higher authorities for action.

Initiative Taken Through Suggestions and Memorandums

Parents expressed strong dissatisfaction over long-pending issues like building repairs, painting, lack of toilets, and the poor condition of the MDM room and utensils. Concerns were raised about the hardships faced by female staff and girl students due to the absence of toilets. Principal Arun Vyas assured that all legitimate issues would be promptly conveyed to the concerned authorities.

Senior teacher Bherulal Dodiyar discussed regular monthly studies, preparations for MSRA exams, MDM management, cleanliness, and the urgent need for toilet construction and kitchen shed repair. He expressed hope for swift relief from the relevant offices.

The meeting was attended by parents, students, school staff, SMC members, local representatives, and villagers. The session was conducted by Mrs. Kirpa Kumari, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs. Risha Parmar.
