Delhi Public School, Udaipur, organized an exciting Adventure Camp for its young students from the Pre-Primary and Primary Departments (classes 1 to 3) on March 21, 2025, at the school premises. The camp saw the participation of nearly two hundred children, who were accompanied by their mothers, engaging in a range of creative and entertaining activities.
The camp activities were conducted under the guidance of a skilled team of trainers from Delhi, ensuring safety and supervision throughout. The children participated in various fun-filled activities including flying fox, water zorbing, tent pitching, mountaineering equipment identification, rappelling, nature walks, river crossing techniques, tally games, obstacle courses, rope courses, and treasure hunts. These activities not only entertained the children but also provided them with valuable new knowledge.
Principal Mr. Sanjay Narveria explained that childhood is a period of curiosity, and adventure games provide an ideal medium for children to become mentally stronger and more confident. He highlighted that such activities foster social values like teamwork, helping others, sharing, and building friendships.
Pro Vice Chairman Mr. Govind Agarwal expressed his happiness over the success of the camp, emphasizing that the event was designed to promote the all-round development of the children. He mentioned that events like these help strengthen the bond between the school and parents, ensuring a positive relationship. At the end of the camp, each participant was awarded a certificate for their involvement.
