On the third day of the special camp organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) at CTAE College, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, volunteers embarked on an educational trip to the Ayad Museum and Lok Kala Mandal.
The college dean, Professor Sunil Joshi, flagged off the contingent and encouraged the volunteers for their active participation. During this tour, the volunteers gained in-depth knowledge about India’s ancient civilization, culture, and rich historical heritage.
At the Ayad Museum, they explored historical artifacts and archaeological remains, which provided them a deeper understanding of India’s cultural legacy. At Lok Kala Mandal, volunteers learned about the traditional attire, folk culture, and dance styles of the Udaipur region. They also enjoyed a captivating puppet dance performance, symbolizing Rajasthan’s vibrant folk art.
Approximately 60 NSS volunteers participated in this educational trip. The program was led by Program Officers Mr. Vivek Meena and Mr. Ranveer Shekhawat. The volunteers gained valuable insights and had the chance to experience Rajasthan’s art, culture, and history firsthand.
