Street Play on World Antimicrobial Awareness Week at Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital, Udaipur

A street play was performed at Fatehsagar Pal by the Microbiology Department of Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital, Udaipur, in celebration of World Antimicrobial Awareness Week. Through this play, an effort was made to educate the public about the causes of increasing antibiotic resistance and ways to prevent it, using simple language. The play highlighted how, in today's time, people often take antibiotics without a doctor's consultation for every illness. It illustrated how this misuse damages the body and makes antibiotics ineffective when truly needed. The message was presented in an engaging and humorous way by the doctors from Geetanjali.
