Music Video 'Durga Puja Sobaar' Screening Concludes

Under the banner of Somu Mitra Creations, the music video *Durga Puja Sobaar*, produced and directed by Somu Mitra, was screened at a grand event held at the Sun and Sand Hotel auditorium in Juhu, Mumbai. The screening was a musical celebration of unity, joy, and festivity, attended by notable figures such as Rituparna Sengupta, Deepak Parashar, Sunil Pal, Purnita Banerjee, Dilip Sen, and Nandita Puri. The song captures the essence of togetherness, joy, and unity that defines the beloved festival of Durga Puja.

Led by prominent artists like Rituparna Sengupta, Joy Sengupta, Nyra Banerjee, Joy Debroy, Somu Mitra, Sumita Chatterjee, Soma Chatterjee, Saikat Das, Debika Chatterjee, Mala Navneet, Papia Rao, Soma Chakraborty, Himadri Das, Sandipan Chakraborty, and Sudipa Chakraborty, the music video showcases the spirit of celebration that resonates with people of all ages. Released on Pluto Music, *Durga Puja Sobaar* is enriched by Pankaj Seal’s stunning choreography, associate director Anurag Pati’s assistance, and Malay Mondal’s artistic cinematography. The vibrant vocals of Shaan, Jojo, Samidh Mukherjee, Urvi, and Poulami bring the lively energy of Durga Puja to life.

*Durga Puja Sobaar*, a cultural expression in the Bengali language, highlights how Durga Puja transcends barriers, sending a message of unity and togetherness. From dancing and feasting to rituals and joyous celebration, the song emphasizes harmony and shared joy, experienced by people from all walks of life during this vibrant festival. The melody and lyrics reflect the intricate beauty of the festivities, illustrating that Durga Puja is truly for everyone—"Sobaar Puja." 

According to director Somu Mitra, "Music is a universal language that unites people, just like Durga Puja. With *Durga Puja Sobaar*, we aimed to create a song that not only inspires celebration but also spreads a message of unity and joy."
