Actress Arpita Das to Enter Bollywood

Model, actress, and dancer Arpita Das is all set to make her Bollywood debut after gaining recognition in Bengali serials. Hailing from a small town near Kolkata, Arpita began her acting career in Kolkata and has worked in four to five Bengali serials. Later, she moved to Surat (Gujarat), where she featured in several print ads, catalogs, jewelry, medicine, and brand commercials. She has also acted in ad films and series in Mumbai.

Currently, Arpita Das has signed multiple Bollywood films and is excited about her upcoming projects. She aspires to work in films and TV serials, particularly in Hindi mythology-based projects. She has already acted in the Bengali mythological serial Mangal Chandi.

Apart from acting, Arpita has experience in theatre and is also a talented singer and dancer. She has learned classical and Rabindra Sangeet. Since childhood, she has been passionate about acting and is inspired by Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie. She enjoys watching fantasy films like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and follows Oscar-winning films. In music, she admires Kailash Kher, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and Himesh Reshammiya.

Despite having no film industry background, Arpita has carved a niche for herself in Mumbai through dedication and talent. She believes that patience, financial stability, and mental resilience are essential for establishing oneself in the acting industry. She says, "You cannot reach your destination in a single day; it takes time, and during this period, financial strength and patience are crucial."
