Trailer and Poster of Hindi Feature Film 'Apna Amitabh' Released!

The trailer and poster of the Hindi feature film 'Apna Amitabh,' produced by Vikas Sharma and Raghavendra under the banner of Classic Entertainment and directed by Ajay Anand, were unveiled during a grand event at the Vyanjan Banquet Hall in Oshiwara, Mumbai, on the occasion of the iconic Amitabh Bachchan's birthday (October 11). While fans typically celebrate Amitabh Bachchan's birthday with great enthusiasm, this marks a unique occasion in cinema history as it is the first time a film named after him has launched its poster and trailer on his birthday. The filmmakers also celebrated by cutting a cake in honor of Amitabh Bachchan.

The film's trailer can be viewed on Classic Entertainment's official YouTube channel. 'Apna Amitabh' is inspired by a real incident that occurred in a small village in Purnia, Bihar. Writer, director, and lyricist Ajay Anand has endeavored to translate this narrative into a compelling screenplay. The film was shot at beautiful locations in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. 

This impactful film incorporates elements of romance, action, comedy, and tragedy while also addressing issues of caste discrimination and corruption. The story revolves around Vijay, a boy from a lower caste who is a huge fan of Amitabh Bachchan. Despite facing societal rejection due to his caste, his struggle gradually brings to light the widespread issues of casteism and corruption in the country, culminating in a beautiful and meaningful climax.

The film's music is composed by Rajesh Jha, with lyrics by Ajay Anand and vocals by Shaheed Maliya. The editing team includes Chaitanya V. Tanna and Ajay Kumar, while Shambhu Sharma serves as the cinematographer. Background music is by Bhupesh Sharma, the art director is Raviul Sarkar, and the production manager is Jitendra Agarwal. The executive producer is Raj, and the co-producer is R.C. Sharma. 

The film features a talented cast including Vijay Rawal, Jai Thakkar, Hemant Mahaur, Mukesh Bhatt, Bachchan Pachehra, Amit Ghosh, Hanuman Gudesha, Sharat Sonu, Jitendra Singh Sabu, Shilpi Kukreti, Anjali Mishra, Vinay Ambasht, Posak Behera, Jyot Singh Chahal, Jyoti Kumari, Suruchi Verma, and the late Anupam Shyam, among others.
