Web Series 'Illegally Legal' Receives Amazing Response

The web series ‘Illegally Legal’ premiered on the Hungama OTT platform on December 30 and has been well-received by audiences. A press conference was organized in Mumbai to celebrate its success, where the star cast, producers, director, and the entire team were present.

During the event, producer Ajitesh J. Gupta expressed gratitude to the team and said, "We are delighted that our small effort is receiving such positive feedback from viewers."

Story Overview:
The series begins with the murder of businessman Kahan Kapoor in Mumbai one night. A bar girl, Razia, is accused of the crime, while the truth is that Munna committed the murder. In court, Razia's lawyer Irshad Ali and complainant Naveen Munjal argue over the case. A twist unfolds when Naveen, who initially accused Razia, proves her innocence. It is later revealed that Razia is Naveen Munjal's illegitimate daughter, which led to his change of heart.

Director's Statement:
Director Sujit Kulkarni stated, "It was a big challenge for us to shoot the series and release it on an OTT platform, but the audience's appreciation has made our efforts worthwhile."

Producer Ajitesh J. Gupta’s next project is based on the LGBTQ community, titled ‘A Life Inside Me’, which is set to release soon. Another project, ‘Amma Ke 7 Phere’, will begin shooting in Madhya Pradesh and is planned for a theatrical release.
