Also, the visitors will get a chance to interact with some of the India’s first women mining engineers who are breaking barriers in the industry.
Hindustan Zinc will also showcase its diverse product portfolio, which plays a pivotal role in supporting the global energy transition and contributes to India’s vision of an Atmanirbhar Bharat. Attendees can also discover the ores that power modern life, including those from Zawar, one of the world’s oldest and most fascinating zinc mining sites, located in Udaipur district. They will also experience Vedanta Group company Cairn Oil & Gas’ interesting displays on their tech-innovations to provide India vital energy security.
Visitors can also explore a special storybook exhibit, on the inspiring journey of the company’s evolution and transformative impact in Rajasthan. The Game-Zone will feature a VR-based football game simulation, as an interactive way to acknowledge Hindustan Zinc’s state-of-the-art Zinc Football Academy which has been nurturing young football talent in Rajasthan since 2018.
Adding a touch of fun and interactivity, Zincky the robot will delight visitors by capturing their photographs and creating memorable moments. Zincky is expected to be a crowd favourite, engaging guests and leaving them with unique keepsakes from the event. The stall will also feature interactive games and tech-driven experiences, designed to both educate and entertain. From virtual tours of Hindustan Zinc’s mines and smelters to explorations of the ores fuelling modern innovation, there’s something for everyone. Beyond technology, Hindustan Zinc’s exhibit will celebrate India’s rich artisanal heritage. Live handicraft-making by women artisans from Hindustan Zinc’s community development programmes will showcase their craftsmanship and the artistry of Rajasthan, offering visitors unique takeaways that honour this legacy. These efforts reflect the company’s commitment to women’s empowerment and preserving cultural traditions in rural Rajasthan. The stall will also showcase NandGhar (modernized aangandwadi), part of Vedanta’s flagship community welfare initiative aimed at holistic development of children through education & nutrition and women through skilling.
