### Deputy Chief Minister Unveils Equestrian Statue of Maharana Pratap in Kanera

**Udaipur-Chittorgarh,Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari unveiled an equestrian statue of Maharana Pratap in Kanera on Thursday. While addressing the gathering, she expressed her honor in being present at the unveiling in Mewar, a place she feels deeply connected to. "Coming to Mewar feels like coming home," she said, recalling her five years of service as a Member of Parliament, representing the region. 

She emphasized that the government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, is committed to preserving Rajasthan’s glorious history. The recently announced budget includes the establishment of a Maharana Pratap Circuit, which aims to develop historical sites associated with the great warrior on a global scale. This initiative is part of the government's continuous efforts to cater to the needs of every region and class through the state budget. Diya Kumari assured the people that this is just the beginning, stating, "The full picture is yet to unfold." She also highlighted the numerous developmental projects planned for the Mewar region.

Nimbahera MLA Shrichand Kriplani praised Diya Kumari for exceeding the expectations of the constituency in the budget. He expressed gratitude for her visit and addressed the region's development needs during his speech. Chandra Veer Singh, representing the Maharana Pratap Memorial Campaign, spoke about the importance of preserving history and spreading the legacy of great warriors like Maharana Pratap across the country through memorials.

Former MP Manvendra Singh from Uttar Pradesh extended his gratitude during the event.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by several notable dignitaries, including MP CP Joshi, Nimbahera MLA Shrichand Kriplani, District Head Bhupendra Singh Badoli, Jawad MLA Om Sakhlecha, District Collector Alok Ranjan, Superintendent of Police Sudhir Joshi, Pradhan Bagdilal, former MLAs Ashok Nawalakha and Badri Lal Jat, former Deputy District Chief Mitthu Lal Jat, Sub-Divisional Officer Chittorgarh Binu Deval, Sub-Divisional Officer Nimbahera Vikas Pancholi, along with several public representatives, officials, and members of the Maharana Pratap Memorial Campaign.
