OUTREACH PROGRAMME FOR VETERANS HELD AT JODHPUR MILITARY STATION

Jaipur:  An outreach programme to resolve pension related grievances was held at Jodhpur Military Station on 18 and 19 December 2024 under the aegis of Konark Corps.  

            The outreach programme witnessed attendance of more than 1000 Veterans, Veer Naris and their dependents from Indian Army, IAF, IN and defence civilian.  

            The event was inaugurated by Lt Gen Mohit Malhotra, General Officer Commanding, Konark Corps.  Mr Sanjay Kumar Singh, IDAS, Principal Controller of Defence Accounts, Mr Chandraprakash, Additional Controller of Defence Accounts and a team of 16 officials from Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions) were present for on the spot resolution of pension related queries.  

            The event provided a unique opportunity for the pensioners to interact with their pension disbursing authority and address their unresolved anomalies.
