Finance Minister Sitharaman's Visit to Jaisalmer Begins

Jaisalmer, December 19: Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman is set to visit Jaisalmer during her three-day tour starting December 20, Friday.

As per the schedule, Mrs. Sitharaman will depart from Delhi at 12:30 PM on Friday and arrive in Jaisalmer by flight at 2:20 PM. She will participate in the pre-budget meeting with state finance ministers from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Hotel Marriott. She will stay overnight in Jaisalmer.

On December 21, Saturday, she will attend the 55th GST Council meeting at Hotel Marriott from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM. Later in the day, she will participate in the second session of the 55th GST Council meeting starting at 4:30 PM.

As scheduled, Mrs. Sitharaman will depart from Jaisalmer Airport for Delhi at 2:25 PM on December 22, Sunday.
