HIGH MAST NATIONAL FLAG UNFURLED AT JAIPUR MILITARY STATION

Jaipur:   In a historical moment for Sapta Shakti Command, a High Mast National Flag of 108 ft height was inaugurated at Jaipur Military Station on 13 March 2025, marking a significant milestone in the journey of the youngest command of Indian Army.

            The flag was unfurled by Shri Naveen Jindal, MP and Founder of Flag Foundation of India and Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command.The ceremony was attended by esteemed guests, including Mrs BarinderJit Kaur, Regional President AWWA. Veterans, school students, NCC Cadets and all ranks and families.

            Addressing the audience Mr Naveen Jindal reiterated that our tricolour is symbol of the unity, valour andpride of our nation and that everyone is equal under it. India has the highest no of high mast flags with numbers ranging over seven hundred.

            Army Commander also addressed the audience and congratulated all ranks on this momentous occasion where in Jaipur Military Station has adorned the icon of national pride, valour and patriotism. He emphasised that this iconic flag will be a great source of inspiration for the people of Jaipur & motivate them towards selfless service and devotion of the nation. He expressed his gratitude towards Mr Naveen Jindal for his contribution and visiontowards nationalism, green environment & public welfare.

            The Flag Foundation of India (FFI) has been instrumental in promoting patriotism and national pride across the country. With over 160 monumental flags installed across India, FFI has been working tirelessly to create a sense of unity and national identity.

            The High Mast National Flag at Jaipur Military Station will be a symbol of national pride and unity, reminding us of the sacrifices made by our brave soldiers and their families. As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we honour the spirit of patriotism and national pride that unites us all.
