Udaipur : A memorable reunion of the alumni of Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Pratapnagar was held at the school campus. The event was attended by former students, the school principal, and distinguished guests, where old memories and achievements were celebrated.
The program began with a welcome speech by Khushwant Sardarnia. Following that, the current principal of KV Pratapnagar, Dil Bahadur Singh, highlighted the remarkable journey of the school, established in 1965, and its achievements. Arun Kumar, Principal of KV Eklinggarh, also addressed the gathering and praised the quality education provided by KV schools, which help students become responsible citizens and successful professionals.
The chief guest of the event, Ajay Sharma, an alumnus of KV Pratapnagar and the Vice Chancellor of MBM Engineering University, Jodhpur, inspired the audience with his speech. He shared his school experiences and appreciated the significant role played by KV students at both national and international levels.
Alumni shared their experiences, reminiscing about their school days and expressing gratitude for the role KV education played in shaping their lives. The program included participation in the school’s prayer assembly, and the school’s female students presented an Assamese folk song, adding to the event's charm. A special highlight of the event was a dialogue session and emotional exchange between former students and teachers.
The event was not just a celebration of the past but also a symbol of lifelong connections among KV alumni. The organizing committee expressed gratitude to all participants and the school administration for their support in making the event a success. The Alumni Meet concluded with a vote of thanks from the event secretary, Madhusudan Paliwal. Dr. Kamal Nahar, Richa, Nitin Kothari, and Lucky Sardaliya also provided support for the event, which was conducted by Jitendra and Karuna.
