Dr. Suman Shared Innovations of MB Hospital at National Conference

Udaipur: The innovations implemented at MB Hospital, Udaipur, became a topic of discussion at the National Conference organized by the Academy of Hospital Administrators in Delhi. Dr. RL Suman, the Superintendent of MB Hospital, shared these innovations in detail, which were appreciated at the national level.

Dr. Suman explained that at the conference, he presented innovations such as the suggestion/complaint QR code under NABH and the QR code for lab reports. The attendees of the conference highly praised these innovations and emphasized the need to implement such information systems across India. As a speaker at the conference, Dr. Suman also gave a talk on "Elevate Healthcare with a Patient-Centric Approach." He explained that government institutions could be elevated in terms of both quality and behavior. He highlighted that providing high-quality treatment, medicine, tests, and infrastructure, combined with proper patient interaction, can significantly improve results and satisfaction.

The conference also saw the participation of Dr. Jameel Mohammad, Dr. Meenakshi, Seema Choudhary, Jagdish Aheer, Deepak, and Rajesh from the NABH team from Udaipur. The team will utilize the experiences learned from other hospitals during the conference for the benefit of the people of Udaipur.
