Sewing Machines and Wheelchairs Distributed by State Bank of India

Udaipur: In a program organized under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of the State Bank of India at the Divisional Amrita Haat Mela held at Gandhi Ground, the Udaipur Administrative Office of the bank, in collaboration with Mahavir International, distributed sewing machines to 50 widows and single women. Additionally, 25 wheelchairs were provided to the Chief Medical and Health Officer's office in Udaipur to facilitate the movement of differently-abled individuals visiting hospitals.

The event was attended by Shashinath Mishra, Udaipur Circle Head and Deputy General Manager of State Bank of India, Lakshmi Dhar, Regional Manager Udaipur, Manish Bhardwaj, Regional Manager Sirohi, Rajesh Jain, Lead District Manager, Vijendra Singh and Shyam Sundar Soni, Chief Managers, Neeraj Yadav, District Development Manager of NABARD, Sanjay Joshi, Deputy Director of the Women’s Empowerment Department, Ashok Aditya, Chief Medical Health Officer, officials from Mahavir International Udaipur, and 300 women beneficiaries. 

At the conclusion of the event, Sanjay Joshi, Deputy Director of the Women’s Empowerment Department, expressed gratitude to the State Bank of India and the Udaipur Circle team.
