Udaipur . In an effort to address public grievances swiftly, a district-level public hearing and vigilance committee meeting was held under the direction of District Collector Arvind Kumar Poswal and chaired by Additional District Collector (Administration) Deependra Singh Rathore. The event took place at the Rajasthan Sampark IT Center located in the Collectorate.
During the public hearing, the district administration, led by the ADM, appeared committed and responsive to resolving citizens' issues. Rural residents from Udaipur city and various remote villages shared their concerns regarding complaints registered on the Rajasthan Sampark portal and CM Helpline 181. The ADM and other senior officials patiently listened to these grievances and instructed the relevant departmental officials to take necessary actions.
The public hearing lasted for approximately three and a half hours, during which the ADM addressed issues related to various departments and directed officials to expedite the resolution of public concerns.
**Prompt Resolution of Issues: ADM**
During the hearing, ADM Rathore emphasized the need for prompt resolution of problems related to water, electricity, roads, encroachments, illegal occupations, UIT, municipal corporation, and the medical department. The Assistant Director (Public Services) reported that 120 new complaints were received during the district-level public hearing, for which the ADM directed the respective department officials to take immediate action.

The hearing was attended by Additional District Collector (City) Rajiv Dwivedi, UDA OSD Jitendra Ojha, and various district-level officials from different departments, while officials from all sub-district offices participated via video conference.
