Udaipur: A pre-budget consultation meeting for Budget 2025 was held today at the Municipal Corporation, focusing on discussions regarding tribal area development. Business Circle India's Joint Treasurer Mayank Gupta and Founder of Infinity Education Pratibha Sharma participated in this important meeting.
Both shared their thoughts on various issues related to tribal development. Mayank Gupta discussed the mental health concerns of children living in government schools and tribal hostels and suggested organizing workshops to improve the academic levels and time management skills of children from tribal areas. These workshops could include activities related to stress management, such as yoga, meditation, and music.
Additionally, to help children overcome the growing addiction to mobile phones, he proposed teaching them time management through storytelling and activities. He also suggested offering professional counseling services to guide children in subject selection and career counseling, helping them make informed choices about future employment based on their interests and abilities.
Mayank Gupta requested that counselors be appointed in all government schools and tribal hostels, a proposal he urged to be included in the upcoming budget. The meeting was chaired by Giteshshree Malviya, Additional Commissioner of the TAD Department, with other senior officials including TAD Deputy Commissioner Ragini Damor in attendance.
