New Executive Committee of JSG Udaipur Main Takes Office with a Focus on Animal Welfare and Pilgrimage

The newly elected executive committee of Jain Social Group (JSG), Udaipur Main for the term 2025-27, marked its first day in office with a commitment to animal welfare and pilgrimage. As part of the *Jeevdaya Seva* (animal welfare service), the Mahavir Sadhana and Swadhyay Committee at Ambamata offered food to pigeons and donated money for 11 bags of maize. 

President Karan Singh Nalwaya informed that food was offered to fish and ducks at Fatehsagar and fodder was provided to cows at the Mahakaleshwar Temple Gaushala. From 6:30 AM, members visited five temples for darshan (spiritual offerings) and to serve sadhus and saints. These included the Vasu Pujya Temple, Mahavir Swami Temple at Moti Magri, Parsvanath Temple at Devali, Mahakaleshwar Temple, and the Dadawadi Temple at Chetak Circle. The group also performed *Navkarshi* (ritual meal offering) at the Padmanath Temple's community kitchen, where all 80 members participated.

Media In-charge Professor Vimal Sharma mentioned that the event was presided over by Shri Anjana-Uttam Kumar Hiran. Secretary Gautam Nagori highlighted the participation of all group members, along with the presence of Mewar Region Chairman Shri Arun Mandot, Chairman-Elect Shri Paras Dhelawat, and Secretary Shri Ashutosh Sisodia. Former President Shri Shantilal Mehta, Former Secretary Shri Kamal Kothari, Narendra Seth, Ashok Nagori, Anil Chaplot, and other members also provided valuable support for the event.
