Famous artists visited Kiran Soni Gupta's five-day art exhibition in New Delhi

New Delhi. Former IAS and famous Artiest painter Kiran Soni Gupta's five-day art exhibition 'An Art Odyssey' organized at Bikaner House in New Delhi is attracting art lovers. Famous artists Padma Vibhushan awardee Jatin Das, Padma Shri Biman Das, Padma Shri Jaya Rama Rao, Tirthanker Bose and artist Sejal Mitra etc. also visited the exhibition. Former Governor of Rajasthan Kalraj Mishra inaugurated this exhibition on Thursday.

These artists praised the originality and natural beauty of Kiran Soni Gupta's paintings and said that her paintings reflect the special influence of folk culture and the regionality of her work areas and she also does a commendable job of educating the people and giving a good message by focusing on contemporary topics. This is why Soni's unique artwork attracts the audience.

On this occasion, Rajasthan's Chief Election Commissioner Madhukar Gupta and many other special guests were also present.

Giving information about the exhibition, Kiran Soni Gupta said that this exhibition will run till 29 October at the 'Living Tradition Centre' of Bikaner House near India Gate in New Delhi. She said that this exhibition has been kept free for art lovers and common people and they can visit it at the exhibition site from 11 am to 7 pm.

It is noteworthy that former IAS of Rajasthan cadre Kiran Soni Gupta has been honoured with many prestigious awards and honours in the country and abroad. Exhibitions of her paintings have been organised in major cities of the country and abroad as well. Her art work on the subjects of NREGA, Puja Times and Shelters was displayed in Paris, the capital of France, in 2012, 2013 and 2017 and this brought her a lot of fame.
