A career guidance seminar titled "Way Forward to a Robust Career" was organized for students at the College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE), affiliated with Maharana Pratap University of Technology. Dr. Vikramaditya Dave, Assistant Dean of Student Welfare, welcomed the guests and highlighted the importance of career guidance.
The seminar featured renowned career counselor, overseas education expert, and J.S. Global Udaipur representative, Jitendra Singh, who shared valuable information and a roadmap for building a successful and strong career. He inspired students by explaining that technology is shaping the economy both nationally and globally, and they are fortunate to be students in the technology field. He emphasized that there are countless job opportunities available in fields ranging from artificial intelligence to data analytics, cyber security to blockchain technology, and all they need to do is prepare themselves for these opportunities.
Jitendra Singh advised students to develop not only their academic knowledge but also essential soft skills during their college education to avoid unemployment. Discussing the "Gig Economy," he also encouraged students to consider part-time jobs based on their skills and interests. Along with career guidance and motivation, students were also provided useful information about higher education opportunities abroad and career prospects in the tech industry.
At the end of the seminar, Dean Dr. Sunil Joshi expressed gratitude to Jitendra Singh for his insightful guidance.
