###Dr. Karnatak Explores Collaboration With Harper Adams

New Delhi — Dr. Ajeet Kumar Karnatak, Vice Chancellor of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur, held a one-on-one meeting with Professor Ken Sloan, Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer of Harper Adams University, located in Newport, Shropshire, England.

The meeting focused on exploring collaborative opportunities in the best interest of students. Discussions revolved around potential academic and faculty exchange programs, which emerged as a key area of mutual interest. Research collaborations in diverse fields such as agriculture, animal husbandry, renewable energy, solar energy storage, and other related domains were also deliberated upon.

It is noteworthy that over the past two years, MPUAT has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing academic excellence, improving research outcomes, and creating mutually beneficial opportunities for students and faculty through global partnerships. The university has already signed Memorandums of Understanding with internationally renowned institutions including Western Sydney University (Australia), Central Luzon State University (Philippines), and several reputed Indian institutes.

Now, MPUAT is working towards establishing potential collaboration with Harper Adams University, furthering its international outreach. It is also worth mentioning that in recent years, MPUAT has facilitated overseas capacity building and training for 71 students and 12 faculty members in relevant subject areas.
