Udaipur . The poster for the National Science Conference and Biomedical Research Competition, organized by the Society of Young Biomedical Scientists, India, was unveiled today by Dr. M.M. Mangal, Vice Chancellor of Pacific Medical University; Dr. U.S. Parihar, Principal of PMCH; Dr. Rohitash Yadav, President of the Society of Young Biomedical Scientists; and Dr. Neeta Sahi, Head of the Biochemistry Department at PMCH.
While releasing the posters for the fifth International Science Conference and National Biomedical Research Competition, scheduled to be held from December 1 to 3, 2024, at the JLN Auditorium of AIIMS Delhi, Dr. M.M. Mangal expressed great joy about the upcoming conference, which will see researchers from around the country and the world presenting their work. He emphasized that such scientific conferences are crucial for sharing knowledge about ongoing research and innovations in the medical field.
On this occasion, Dr. Rohitash Yadav highlighted that the National Science Conference will feature research presentations in the categories of Health Sciences, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as guest lectures from esteemed speakers in the field of Biomedical Science. The conference aims to promote networking among doctors, researchers, and scientists across various fields, broaden their knowledge horizons, and equip them with cutting-edge research skills to bring about transformative changes in medical science and technology at the national level.
Yadav further stated that winners in each category of the research competition will receive a total cash prize of ₹9 lakh (₹3 lakh per category), along with the Young Researcher Award for those ranked first to fifth, and Best Presentation Awards for those ranked sixth to tenth.
