Two-Day Workshop on Vascular Anastomosis to Benefit Young Surgeons

Udaipur,  A two-day specialized workshop on vascular and arterial repair (anastomosis) is being organized by the Surgery Department of Pacific Medical College & Hospital on 4th and 5th December. The primary aim of this workshop is to provide doctors and surgeons with the latest techniques and practical insights into anastomosis. Over 100 surgeons and postgraduate students specializing in surgery are expected to participate in this workshop.

The event secretary, Dr. Gaurav Singhal, stated that the workshop will be inaugurated by the chief guests: Chairman of Pacific Medical University, Rahul Agarwal; President, Dr. M.M. Mangal; Principal of PMCH, Dr. U.S. Parihar; Head of the Surgery Department, Dr. H.P. Gupta; and Vascular Surgeon, Dr. Gaurav Singhal.

Dr. Singhal further explained that participants will receive hands-on experience with major arteries and intestines. Expert trainers will provide detailed information on the procedures for repairing arteries during surgery (anastomosis), the correct techniques, and how to manage potential complications.

This workshop will be highly beneficial for young surgeons, as it will not only offer theoretical knowledge but also practical skills that will prove valuable in their surgical careers.
